CALLA's size charts offer the information you need to take your own measurements to find the size that best fits your form. Please note that these measurements are meant as a guide, and precise garment fit varies by style. The design vision for CALLA THE LABEL apparel tends toward a fitted silhouette, so customers are advised to take the larger option if their measurements fall between two sizes.

Shipping

Calla Collection orders are shipped directly from our US-based supplier to customers in the United States.

Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after dispatch. Your order may arrive sooner, but delays can sometimes occur due to shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

All Sales Are Final

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please check the product details and sizes carefully before placing your order. This policy does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a factory defect or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please email irene@mommiesbestmall.com within 4 business days of delivery, according to the tracking information.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your order or invoice number

• Item number, quantity, and colour

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the item and the defect or incorrect item received

Please contact us directly rather than contacting the supplier. We will handle communication with the supplier on your behalf.

What Happens After You Contact Us?

We will review the information and photos you provide and contact our supplier to investigate the problem. We will then get back to you with the next steps.

If your claim is accepted, we will explain the available solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the issue and the rights that apply to your purchase.

Please do not send an item back before receiving instructions from us. This helps ensure that the return is handled correctly.

Refunds and Exchanges
