- Store Credit Only: Due to the exclusive nature of special occasion formalwear and event accessories, we do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Eligible returns are issued via digital store credit voucher with 1 year expiration date.
- Return Window: You must request an exchange or store credit return within 7 days of receiving your package according to the tracking delivery date.
