We try to ship your order the same day you order from us, but it can take up to 2 to 4 days for the packing and handling process if we are busy.
The normal shipping time is from 5 to 14 days from the day we ship it out until it reaches your address. But orders shipped from China might take longer.
We do not send out any orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays so if you order over the weekend or holidays, then we will try to get your order shipped as soon as we can the following week or work day.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can send your order either to your home or workplace. Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries to PO boxes or parcel motels.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes up to 2–3 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination about 5 to 14 days.
Orders are checked and packed before leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 to 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer because of delayed logistics and customs clearings which might impact the delivery time. Note that shipping times may increase during high peak times.
Note: Tracking information is available within 5-10 days. If you received a tracking number that is not working at the time you are trying, please check again within 10 days before contacting us as it takes time to update the system. Thank you!
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses to Mommies Best Mall. Mommies Best Mall is not able to make changes to your shipping address once a package leaves our warehouse, and Mommies Best Mall is not liable for packages that are lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
All orders reported as "delivered" by courier companies are considered delivered. Mommies Best Mall cannot be made liable for non-delivery in this case.
If a delivery fails for any reason and the address the order was sent to, was the correct address as provided by the customer, Mommies Best Mall cannot be held liable if a package is returned to our warehouse.
The order placed by the customer on our website is the order Mommies Best Mall will ship to the customer. We cannot be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order.
