Returns & Exchanges Policy:

• Store Credit Only: Due to the exclusive nature of special occasion formalwear and event accessories, we do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Eligible returns are issued via digital store credit voucher with 1 year expiration date.
• Return Window: You must request an exchange or store credit return within 7 days of receiving your package according to the tracking delivery date.
• Pristine Condition Rule: All merchandise must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any cosmetic, perfume, or deodorant stains. All original manufacturer hangtags and packaging must remain completely intact.
• Bouquet & Accessory Rules: Flower bouquets, tiaras, and other event accessories are eligible for exchange only if they are returned in their original, unbent structural boxes.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived with a documented factory defect.
