Refund and Return Policy
You have 24 hours after you made the order to cancel your order, if the order is shipped out before you cancel then you MUST pay for the return shipping cost back to us. Order must not be sent out later than 14 days after cancelation to be legal for refund. We will need a shipping tracking number and when we receive the order then you will be refunded.
Your order will normally be shipped out in 1-3 days on workdays. On holidays and weekends, this can take longer.
It normally takes from 7 to 20 business days before you receive your order (but orders shipped from China can take up to 60 days because of Covid-19 updated June 2020), some countries longer, depending on where you live and customs to your country.
We are sending out our products from different warehouses in China and the USA.
We have a 2-year guarantee on our products.
You can ask for a refund before 14 days have passed after you received your order, contact us on email@example.com and tell the reason why you want a refund if your reason is a valid reason for a refund, then you need to send us the item back and we will refund you.
You will only receive a refund if your reason is valid and you have returned the item, we do not pay for return shipping.
If a product is broken, we will replace it or the part that is broken, we do not refund broken items but will send you a new item free of charge.
If you do not want a new item, you need to send the broken item back to us before 14 days have gone since you received the item.
All refunds will only be paid back when we receive the returned item and have inspected it. All items must be shipped back with a tracking number.
PayPal is charging us a fee from 5 to 5.5 % off all transactions done through PayPal.
If a refund is made for an order for any reason that is not our mistake or if we suspect a fraudulent order the PayPal fee will not be refunded.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your order, then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, e-books, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You need to contact us first before you return the product, tell us what the problem is. Don't return a product before contacting us and an agreement is made. And don't return without a tracking number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is reported more than 14 days after delivery.
In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, buyers are required to provide photo/video evidence of the product's manufacturing defects via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement, after we receive the order back and have checked it.
**Please also include your invoice number/order number for us to match up your order in the system.

Please send the above information to us via email at email@example.com You should also enclose it in your returned package for us to match your order. Without the information, we would not be able to identify and process your package.
You need to contact us before you return the order to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund would be processed, and a credit would be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, you can expect a refund within 1-3 business days.
Alternatively, the credit can be applied via the form of an electronic gift card of equivalent value.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Check your bank balance again (transactions may have been delayed).
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as it may take up to 3-5 business days for them to process the credit).

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you details for your return.
- If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately including the picture of the packaging of your order with the faulty item & your order confirmation #? (within 3 days of receiving your parcel)
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking condition and contain all original packaging and accessories to be accepted.
- Items that have been in contact with any food product cannot be returned.
- Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
- Original Shipping charges and Return Delivery charges will not be refunded.
- Special Orders cannot be returned.
Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email concerning your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within 1-3 business days.
What is NOT covered by warranty:
Improper usage, storage, or handling of the item
Using the item in a way that it was not designed for
Damage caused by impact, shock, sand/dust/dirt, dampness, leaking batteries, fire, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, corrosion, frost, flooding, earthquakes, lightning, or other adverse weather conditions
Any accidental or malicious damage
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you need to pay the shipping cost and you need to have a tracking number that you send to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
