Refund 
You can ask for a refund before 14 days have passed after you received your order, contact us on irene@mommiesbestmall.com and tell the reason why you want a refund if your reason is a valid reason for a refund, then you need to send us the item back and we will refund you.

You will only receive refund if your reason is valid and you have returned the item, we do not pay for return shipping.

If a product is broken, we will replace it or the part that is broken, we do not refund broken items, but will send you a new item free of charge.
If you do not want a new item, you need to send the broken item back to us before 14 days have gone since you received the item.

All refund will only be paid back when we receive the returned item and have inspected it. All items must be shipped back with tracking number.

PayPal is charging us a fee from 5 to 5.5 % off all transactions done trough PayPal.
If a refund is made for an order for any reason that is not our mistake or if we suspect a fraudulent order the PayPal fee will not be refunded.  

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your order, then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

SHIPPING: 

Due to COVID-19, you may experience longer shipping times. Please contact us if you are in a hurry with your order.
We have warehouse in China and USA. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Shipping process: A newly placed order usually takes 48 hours to be processed/shipped and will be delivered to you approximately 7 to 20 business day (due to Covid-19 shipping time is longer and can take up to 60 days for products shipped from China) after an order has shipped. For example, an order made on Monday night will be shipped on Wednesday morning and would arrive about 2 - 4 weeks later. (Items shipped from China can take upto 60 days due to Covid, items shipped inside of US is normal shipping time)
